work with me

It gets better now starts with you.

From the outside you appear to have everything you want, yet you aren’t as happy as you thought you would be at this stage.

Feel like something is missing?

Paralyzed by indecision, confusion, or overwhelm?

Discouraged even though you have so much to be grateful for?

Ashamed to admit it to anyone?

I thought it would be better when….. medical school was over, residency was over, fellowship was over, a year after our first job, after a nice vacation, when the kids were older, or when the student loans were paid off. The problem is that none of these things was the problem in the first place.

Want to know what was?

I thought my unsettled feelings could be fixed by something or someone. The hard truth was it had to be me. No one, and nothing will ever be the solution.

You already have a good life, but it could be so much better.

Why not?

Don’t misunderstand me. I am not giving you my advice, or what I would do in your situation. What I am offering is the opportunity to learn the skills and tools that will change your life in ways you can’t currently imagine. The same tools that changed mine!

I know you can read books and listen to podcasts, but believe me, there is nothing that can compare to the life-changing benefits of being coached personally by someone who knows the tools, has applied the tools, AND knows where you’ve been.

Will it be today or someday?

"I have learned more about myself in the last couple of months than I feel like I have in years."

Being coached by Kendra has been such an eye opening experience. I look at things completely differently and my relationship with my child I was struggling with has improved drastically in such a short time because I worked on ME in life coaching. I’ve learned more about myself in the last couple months than I feel like I have in years.

Kendra did such a great job of helping ME do the mental work and reflecting on my thoughts so then she could help guide me to dig deeper and see things differently. She doesn’t just tell me what to think, but helps me figure out how to think the best most productive thoughts for me.

Kendra always made me feel comfortable sharing my thoughts and is a great listener and amazing life coach. I never felt judged or like there was a “right” or “wrong” answer she was looking for. She is doing important work and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. I now officially think everyone needs a life coach! Be brave, open up, be life coached by Kendra-you will be so grateful you did.

"My day-to-day life has significantly improved because I have learned to gain control of my thoughts."

I cannot recommend Kendra enough as a life coach.

I was a fan and frequent podcast listener of Brooke Castillo and Jody Moore prior to working with Kendra. I was familiar with the coaching/thought work model but actually sitting down one-on-one with someone was a completely different experience. I did not know how to put their words into action in my own life.

In the months I have been coached, Kendra has helped me with my marriage, eating disorder, parenting, social media addiction, career path and countless other aspects of my life. Most notably, my day-to-day life has significantly improved because I have learned to gain control of my thoughts.

I also hold Kendra in the highest regard as a coach because the nature of what she does can be a bit uncomfortable. I expected that as part of the process. I am happy to say, however, there was not one time in my sessions where Kendra made me feel judged for my thoughts and actions. I appreciate that so much!

I could not have been more thankful to have had Kendra as a coach! 100% recommend.

"Kendra has given me the tools I need to love my life, to change the things that I can and not sweat the small stuff."

If you were to ask me a year ago to describe myself in a phrase, it would have been “A crazy woman who is always overwhelmed and can’t get her stuff together”. I lived this way and believed that this is who I was for so long that I became apathetic. I was fine living in chaos, I didn’t mind that my house was always a mess, or that I didn’t have any goals or dreams. I was surviving. Kendra taught me that the opposite of love is not hate, it is apathy. I was living my life without feeling, just doing what I needed to do day in and day out. How awful is that?

Kendra has given me the tools I need to love my life, to change the things that I can and not sweat the small stuff. She has taught me to manage my thoughts, and to not be so hard on myself. She has helped me to see that I can be what I want to be, and what I need to do to get there. I would still describe myself as crazy, that part I don’t want to change 🙂 But I am able to manage overwhelm, frustration and all the other emotions that we try to run away from.

I love my life! I love what I am becoming! And I love sharing what I have learned with anyone who will listen, and then I refer them to Kendra. Believe me, It Gets Better Now!

"In short, my life is better because I have had the opportunity to work with Kendra."

Kendra has been a true source of wisdom and change in my life as I’ve worked with her over the last few months. I’ve taken steps in my business that I never would have dared take in the past, I’ve gained confidence in my abilities and in my relationships, I’ve learned to trust myself and to see where I’m making excuses, buffering, or avoiding. I’ve faced habits and thoughts that don’t serve me - head on - and I’ve made real strides in changing and overcoming the ones I don’t like.

In short, my life is better because I have had the opportunity to work with Kendra. Has it been work? For sure. And it’s been hard. Have I made progress? I am so much further along in my goals and in my thoughts because of the coaching we’ve done. Am I still working on my life? Always.

That’s the beautiful thing about coaching, though - knowing that I’m a work in progress and that it’s OK to be a work in progress - it makes all the difference.

Would I recommend Kendra to anyone looking for a life coach? You bet. Would I talk to people who have no idea what a life coach does and tell them they need one, based solely on my experience with Kendra? Absolutely.

"She has helped me look at so many situations in a different way that has helped me to change my thoughts and in turn change my results."

If you're considering whether or not to get coached by Kendra, I would 100% say do it!! She has helped me look at so many situations in a different way that has helped me to change my thoughts and in turn change my results. From time management to my thoughts around eating and weight loss, to relationships, she has shown me a different way of looking at and thinking about the circumstances in my life.

My favorite part about her coaching is getting the follow-up email from her that not only goes over what we discussed, but she adds to it and gives me articles to read or videos to watch, plus some added personal encouragement. She truly cares about her clients and the work she is doing.
